Yes, you can dread them and not have them permently, but if you wear them for 3 monthes like that, you'll probly wanna get new ones after that.
And make sure your extentions are strong/thick enough to do that.

you can buy real human clip in hair extensions then take them to a braider of hairstylist that will make them into dreadlocks ,,, then clip in your hair...human hair extensions are very expensive ( just so you know)
