Does anyone Know about the Christina hair weaving method?

Because I've been trying to research it online because I want to get my hair fixed but i've done cornrow and glue extensions before and had hair thinning problems from both and i ended up having to cut the glue off which didnt look pretty. I've heard that the Christina method is the best method but I've also read in other websites that its like the cornrow method only the track is smaller. Now we all know that cornrows thin your hair so if this IS how its done, then how is it good for your hair? any answers would be appreciated!

It lasts for two or three months and the natural hair can be relaxed while the weave is in place.
